A new Desk Management Platform
compatible with Microsoft Office 365 and G Suite.

For the past three years, Skedway has been working with a focus on offering the most innovative Space Management Platform, including Meeting Room Applications and Devices.

Initially focused on large corporations, Skedway has acquired enormous experience in solving complex scheduling problems, offering an accurate and highly reliable integration with Microsoft Office 365 or GSuite. Now, this whole experience is also available to all small and medium-sized businesses, anywhere in the world.

One of the many new features of Skedway is a new solution for Desk reservations, which can also be integrated with Office 365.

This is due to Skedway functionality, specific to table reservations, check-in, and check-out, which works with QR codes or Beacon devices, including tablets with the Skedway Room Display app installed.

In this way, users can easily find work desks through our web console, mobile applications or even on the Maxboard, which is a Digital Display with an interactive 3D map, with the status of space occupation in real-time. This solution can be executed on any type of touch screen monitor, adding value to Skedway.

All of this occurs at a very appropriate time when companies are being forced to reinvent themselves due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Home Office is being widely adopted, but with the reopening of the market, many companies present a hybrid model, where we can manage the number of people in spaces, maintaining quality standards in face-to-face meetings, which are strongly necessary for some markets, which allow remote work and stay in line with current health guidelines.
